By registering on Sigaram Thodu (sigaramthodu.org), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not register or use the platform.
2. Free Service
Sigaram Thodu provides career guidance content completely free of charge. Registration is required only to access detailed career content, and registration itself is free.
3. Data We Collect
We collect your name, email address, WhatsApp number (optional), current class/grade, district, and stream. This information is used only to: (a) verify your identity via OTP, (b) send event reminders and career guidance updates, and (c) improve the relevance of content shown to you.
4. Data We Do Not Collect
We do not collect financial information, government IDs, or sensitive personal information. We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising.
5. Data Sharing
Your data is never sold to third parties. Your contact information may be shared with Alpha Educational Services (T.I.M.E. Tirunelveli) for the purpose of sending you career guidance communications and event invitations. We do not share your data with advertisers.
6. Content Accuracy
Career guidance content on this platform is provided for informational purposes. While we make every effort to keep information current and accurate, entrance exam details, vacancies, salary figures, and admission cutoffs change every year. Always verify critical information with official sources (UPSC, NTA, SSC, respective institutions).
7. User Conduct
You agree not to: share your account credentials with others, use automated tools to access the platform, or attempt to circumvent the registration requirement.
8. Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing info@sigaramthodu.org. We will process deletion requests within 7 working days.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email.
